ph649 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

By accessing ph649, creating an Account, or placing any wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as ph649's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules applicable to the game types you access.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using ph649 and must not register or maintain an Account on the Platform.

ph649 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of ph649 following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph649, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing ph649 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
4. You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of the Operator, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from ph649 or subject to a permanent account closure, unless the Operator has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
7. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

ph649 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility condition will result in Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of Funds pending investigation.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on ph649. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds and Bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during Account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. ph649 relies on this information for KYC verification, transaction processing, and regulatory reporting. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout the lifetime of your Account and must promptly update ph649 support if any details change.

4.3 KYC Verification

ph649 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of:

1. A government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID card); and
2. Proof of address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate); and
3. A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, upon request.

ph649 may request additional documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes or where the Operator's AML (anti-money laundering) procedures require enhanced due diligence.

4.4 Account Credentials

Your Account password and any two-factor authentication credentials are confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. ph649 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ph649 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph649 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated:

All deposits made to ph649 are non-refundable once credited to your Account and wagered. ph649 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. ph649 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that match the Player's verified identity. ph649 reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks on withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts in accordance with applicable Philippine law. ph649 may delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected pending investigation.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph649 may apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of ₱200 to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. Dormant Account balances that reach zero will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting support.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ph649 are subject to these general terms and to the specific promotional terms applicable to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all cash bonuses awarded by ph649 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from those bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. A Player's cash balance will be used before Bonus balance in all wagering.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. The following general contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

ph649 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering in patterns designed to exploit promotion mechanics with minimal risk; collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements; and using automated bots or scripts to generate bonus-eligible activity. ph649 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any withdrawals already processed where bonus abuse is identified.

All games available on ph649 are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering. The following general gaming terms apply across all game categories on ph649:

1. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Limits are displayed in-game before a wager is placed. ph649 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
2. Game outcomes for digital (RNG) games are determined by certified Random Number Generator software independently audited for fairness. ph649 has no ability to influence RNG-determined outcomes after game certification.
3. Malfunction voids play. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or hardware fault — the result of any affected game round may be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Account at ph649's discretion.
4. Disputed game outcomes must be reported to ph649 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. ph649 will review server-side game logs to determine the correct outcome. ph649's determination shall be final and binding.
5. Sports betting markets and results are subject to the rules of each applicable sport and competition. Cancelled or voided events will have associated bets refunded to the Player's Account at single odds (1.00).

The following activities are expressly prohibited on ph649 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or play on ph649 without the Operator's prior written consent.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in games for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization software to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or attempting to use ph649 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Registering using false, incomplete, or stolen identity information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph649 employees, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or otherwise facilitating unauthorized access to your Account.

ph649 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request is submitted.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
4. Receipt of a lawful order from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or other competent authority requiring restriction or closure of the Account.
5. Death of the Account holder (the estate may contact support to arrange withdrawal of verified Funds).
6. Account inactivity resulting in dormancy classification under Section 5.4.
7. Player-initiated closure or self-exclusion request.

Upon closure, verified Funds remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to AML review. ph649 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Account suspension or closure where such action was taken in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of ph649 — including but not limited to the ph649 brand name, logo, game interfaces, and marketing materials — are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph649 for your personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph649 content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of ph649;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from ph649 using automated means;
• Use ph649 branding or trademarks in any manner without the Operator's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ph649 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

1. ph649's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2. ph649 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
3. ph649 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to ph649 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
4. ph649 shall not be liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, acts of government, or natural disasters.

ph649 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on ph649, you consent to ph649 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). ph649 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be necessitated by changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, changes to the Platform's products or services, commercial decisions of the Operator, or court or regulatory orders.

Where amendments are material, ph649 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of amended Terms will be clearly stated. Your continued use of ph649 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph649 and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph649, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph649 support. ph649 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the complaint.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph649 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of its Platform or intellectual property.
